The entrance to the museum and Gallery is wide and sloping with double doors that open into the reception and main exhibition area.
There is a disabled parking bay out side the museum which is surrounded by a kerb but it does have a small dropped kerb area at one end to enable access.
The main exhibition areas and the Cafe are all located on the main floor and include toilets with disabled facilities. All the main exhibitions are easy to navigate through open doorways or sliding doors.
The Star of Canada is positioned on a lower level and has narrow passages and steps (as it is an old boat) but can be viewed from the outside.
