The Spencer on Byron Hotel offers:

Main entrance on ground level with no stairs from the street,
Three lifts with wide opening doors for wheelchairs, prams, walkers, large suitcases, etc
The restaurant, bar and conference rooms are all accessible by lifts, as well as accessible wash rooms available on level 1
Accessible car park space available in the basement ($20 per day parking fee)
Accessible through lifts which have lift buttons in Braille for visually impaired guests.
6 x accessible one-bedroom suites available with accessible bathroom facilities.
Staff are trained to assist any access guests who may require additional assistance.
There is a grassed area for support animals (e.g. guide, hearing or mobility dogs)

Hubby and i stayed here for the first time for two nights, with friends who had stayed here before, to see the new year in... Nice hotel; but a few things - the polyurethane smell in one lift - far left, was too strong for me; the broken dishwasher in our room; kitchenette - but no sharp knife and the like, or a chopping board, view was lovely out to the city and the sky tower at ny's eve midnight...
