  • As a first time user we found the facilities very good and convenient to the events centre and local shops etc. Room service was excellent . Staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the fact we happened to get the unit next to the laundry but that's being picky. No problem with staying again.

  • We have stayed here many times, we booked with travelbug and paid in full on-line. When we arrived, they asked for payment??? went into my emails to show payment...then three rooms later we finally get booked in to "what we had paid for "..i am not sure the new owners understand how a motel service works... The older man was out & about watching every-ones move..creepy!!..my elderly mum was with us and walking up stairs-not the greatest-no lift...(luggage-omg)..our room needed air-con..was a heatwave all day & night..windows only opened 5cm...the motel is central to everything and great bakery next door...on a positive the rooms are very clean and this shows they have excellent room service staff that clean these rooms throughly..this has five star ***** service for the rooms... The owners need to do some "professional development " to improve their own presents in their business ethics...we stayed here due to location to the polyfest in manukau and this motel we could walk..kia ora..
