    * The Rav4 was a great car to drive and didn't have any issues with it. * Getting the car was fine, however dropping it off, we had to wait a number of minutes to return it due to only one staff member and them taking a long time to service another customer.

    The hire of the vehicle went smoothly, however when dropping the vehicle back we were surprised to have to pay an additional $35 to drop the car back to the airport, even though we picked the car up from the airport
