    Our booking was handled by a very unhelpful staff member - she didn't smile once, took ages to process etc. Not a great look for Avis!

  • Great experience from booking to pick up and wonderful holiday. Great car and very good value with the cut price ski lift passes. Avis actually had two bookings for me - one that I had prepaid and another that was just a booking with no $'s up front. A hiccup at the end when they were going to charge me for the whole hirage and I had prepaid. They then discovered the two bookings. I had to wait a few minutes while they sorted it out.
